Product returns will be approved by the KEEPADEL team when they meet the following requirements:

1. The product may not have been used and must contain the complete original packaging, the original labels and original seals. All of this in perfect condition.

2. The package must contain a copy of the order or purchase invoice with the customer's data.

3. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer, both in returns and exchanges. No refunds will be accepted freight collect.

Once the return meets the requirements, we will email the customer a discount code for the next purchase.

If the return is not approved, we will notify the customer of the decision by email and they can pick it up at the same delivery address. If the client prefers it, we will send the package to the address that he indicates to us with postage due.

How to return a defective product.

Only orders received by the customer with a defect, unsealed or wrong upon receipt of the order will be paid.

The procedure to request the return of a defective product is as follows:

2. In a maximum period of 3 days we will answer the customer's claim.

3. In the case of accepting the return, we will proceed to send the correct product and pick up the defective one at the same shipping address.

4. In case of not accepting the return, the customer can send the product so that the KEEPADEL team can examine the product.

Once the product has been received, the KEEPADEL team will examine the defect and notify the customer within 5 calendar days if a return, exchange or credit is appropriate.

How to change a size

The procedure will be the same as "How to return a product in perfect condition." All shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

Product warranty.

The products published on the KEEPADEL website have the original guarantee of the suppliers.

All products have a 2-year warranty. According to current regulations, the first 6 months are supposed to be a manufacturing problem. After this period of 6 months, the client must demonstrate that there is a manufacturing fault
